1. Ordering
Orders are placed with the supplier listed on each product and must meet that product's minimum order quantity. An order is confirmed once the supplier accepts it, and its status then shows as Prepared.
2. Cancellations
Retailers can cancel an order free of charge before the supplier accepts it. After acceptance, cancellation is at the supplier's discretion and may incur costs for goods already prepared or dispatched.
3. Delivery and pickup
Delivery areas, freight charges and lead times are set by each supplier and shown on the listing or quote. Pickup may be available where the supplier offers it.
Retailers must inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery docket.
4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
Report damaged, faulty, short or incorrect goods within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours for perishable or chilled produce) by messaging the supplier through Supply Sync, including photos and the order number. The supplier will offer a replacement, credit or refund where the claim is valid.
5. Change-of-mind returns
Wholesale orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless the supplier agrees in writing. Perishable goods, custom or made-to-order items, and opened goods cannot be returned for change of mind.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval. Freight is refunded only when the return is due to a supplier error or faulty goods. Platform fees are adjusted in line with the refunded amount.
7. Samples
Paid samples are treated as normal orders. Free samples are provided at the supplier's discretion and are not refundable.
8. Disputes
If you cannot resolve an issue with the other party, contact support@supplysync.com.au or use Need Help in your account. Our team will review the order history and messages and help both parties reach an outcome.
9. Your statutory rights
These policies operate alongside, and do not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
